Looking for an affordable and welcoming venue for your next event?

The Raymond Freeman American Legion Post 942 facility is available for community gatherings, celebrations, meetings, receptions, family events, and other special occasions.

Conveniently located in Sugar Land, Texas, our facility offers a comfortable space for community members while helping support the mission of American Legion Post 942.

Rental Rates

Day Rentals (12:00 PM – 5:00 PM)

Members: $400
Non-Members: $500

Evening Rentals (6:00 PM – Midnight)

Members: $500
Non-Members: $600

A refundable cleaning deposit is included in rental pricing subject to facility inspection.

Funeral Reception Rates

Non-Members: $300 for up to three hours
American Legion Members: No charge for funeral receptions when the renter is the member or immediate family member.

Important Rental Information

Approval is required prior to booking.
No outside beer, soda, or ice coolers permitted.
Liquor is permitted.
Decorations may be installed one hour before the event.
No glitter or confetti allowed.
Event guidelines and facility policies must be followed.
